I believe that community development work is most effective when it is local, asset-driven and meaningfully participatory. I have over 10 years of experience supporting practitioners through instructional design and development of training and learning resources to create holistic and sustainable change. I have a solid understanding of adult learning and participatory training methods and have developed a variety of toolkits and manuals for community practitioners and activists.
